It’s LIT! Youtube Creator Day Manila 2017

Hello, it’s been awhile since my last post. I was extremely excited and kinda nervous for this event that I’m going to post. Okay uhmmm… I was invited by Youtube Philippines for Youtube Creator Day Manila last August 19, Saturday that was held at Relik Restaurant and Bar in BGC Commerce centre.

I was nervous for some reason because my content was not really a vlogger type so I expected that all people that will attend are specifically a vlogger. As I got in the venue, they ask my name to register and gave me my name tag and a ballpen.  Since I am alone and don’t have any close “YouTuber” friend I suddenly became shy….. I feel shy when I don’t know anybody in general. Well, although I feel shy I start socializing and approach with the person beside me and he’s into techie and WHAT?! So I’m not the only creator that has a different content.

Did I just say that I’m a creator? Oh yes I didn’t expect that I could attend to this kind of event also the fact that I could earn in this. I started first account when I was in 1st-year high school I guess? It was my first account “shairalim025” my channel got suspended or deleted by Youtube and I don’t know what’s the reason………limshaira (former shairalimlyrics) is currently stable and I’m still using it. I created limshaira in 2010. I just love making a video and put some lyrics on it. I consider that it was REALLY a hobby of mine while I was in my teenage years. I didn’t imagine this could go so far and to become part of the community and the event as well is just sooooooooooo AMAZING!!!

I’m the one who’s wearing a glasses, a white top, a denim skort with a green backpack.

It was super duper fun and exciting event I got connect with some creators and inspired by the Youtube Ambassador. We did games and raffles. too. Overwhelmed feeling to see people with the same passion as you.

Nice meeting you all 😀 ❤

PS: In 2015, I plan to make my own videos like as in kita mukha but I don’t how to start it. I also plan to vlog that event but it failed ’cause I was so “na-iilang” to do so. Get over to that shyness and start it now. For the next event, I promise to vlog it out.

In case you’re curious what are my channels?

A day with full of learning

I attended a seminar “How to Earn from Home as a Virtual Assistant and a Blogger” held in Ortigas Foundation Library. This workshop talks about working at home, tips on how to be a VA and to blog. Most of the attendees were already mom and resign their corporate world to begin or open for another opportunities to look forward to while staying at home. Their reasons why? Is to add to their income, no worries of traffics and handle their own time flexibility.

Okay. My reason behind attending this seminar because I always gotten interested into Blogging and Bloggers since then. In fact, I, myself is a reader of other blogs and  got inspired from them namely; Tricia Gosingtian, Camille Co, Kryz Uy and IamAileen. Since then I always dream to have my  own blog. It’s also a way of expressing myself through writing and document all the life events that I have experience (parang diary ganun). There are also questions in my head that have had answered during the seminar. May mga terms akong na nalaman na pwede i-apply sa blog.  This helped me realized many things and I’ve met people who has the same mindset and lifestyle they want to be in.

For all aspiring Freelancers and Bloggers out there. This workshop will help you out to answer all of your questions.  Meet well experienced speakers as well.

Thank you Manila workshop!

MTV Music Evolution ’16

First concert ever! Very masaya! Unforgettable concert ever!

PROLOGUE: My friend, Diane, invited me to join this event. Okay, I got the urge of joining because Apink is coming to Manila! Wohooo! — k-poper rejoice to this. I want to see them! I joined the contest. A contest to be able to access for (2) free pass. That contest is an essay writing with 250 words explaining “Why should you be in MTV Music Evo” Okay then, I was not able to win 😦 Luckily,  I’m so thankful for a friend of mine giving her ticket to me. All thanks to that friend. 🙂

So excited when the day has come. Apink here I go! It was a sunny afternoon. Kita kita sa may Buendia Mcdo. When you thought it would be a good weather straight but suddenly it rains and the thing is we only got one umbrella so pinagkasya ang sarili  for that small umbrella no choice but to get wet instead. 7 pm when we entered MOA grounds we can hear Gary V is performing.

Kpopers crowd gets wild when they come up on stage. Fellow K-pop singing alongside with Apink as I sing tho~~ fancams are all around.  Neomu yeoppo (You’re all so pretty) Apink sang their popular songs: Remember, Mr. Chu, Attracted To U, NoNoNo, and LUV

Thank so so much! Mahal ko kayo — Bebe Rexha

Bebe Rexha entertaining the crowd no matter how hard the rain is. Party won’t stop. I’m still going to watch you. She sang her popular songs; no broken hearts and Take me home. Her self-composed songs that she sang during the night was sung by the famous artist like Rihanna (Monster) and Nicki Minaj (Hey Mama) and her composed own song “Me, Myself and I” ft. G.Eazy.

Most awaited singer of the night, the last performer, the One Republic with their all great hit songs includes Secret, I Lived, Wherever I go, Counting Stars, If I lose myself and Apologize — from the way he performed it made me feel goosebumps accompanied with a piano piece.

Sorry medyo blurry yung picture 🙂

Vert et or Le Grand Bal

April 1st is the day of April fools and Graduation Ball Day as well.  Wake up very early just to prepare myself. That day is one of the special day for me. It’s was an extraordinary feeling (kahit wala naman akong escort ok lang ^_^) That’s not my purpose on attending the event. Actually, I just wanted to see the faces that I’ve met during freshies days, second thing is wearing a gown in a luxury place (feeling rarampa lang ang peg!) and last thing was the friends I treasure the most. Finally we are graduating very soon.

The event was held in Sofitel, and the motif was actually Black and Silver however, I wear Blue. I already bought the gown before they post the motif so that’s why…

” Vert et or Le Grand Bal” means green and gold Graduation Ball (My alma matter’s color code)
